, in moving for leave to bring in a Bill for the Registration of Railway Debentures, said, that the Bill was substantially the same as that introduced last Session. He understood that the Government intended to bring in a Bill to the same effect, and, therefore, he should only move for leave to bring in the Bill and that it should be printed.
