The House met at half after One of the clock.

A Message from Her Majesty, by Sir Augustus Clifford, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod—

"MR. SPEAKER,

"The QUEEN commands this Honourable House to attend Her Majesty immediately, in the House of Peers."
