, in reply, said, that there had been a great many complaints on the subject referred to in the Question of his noble Friend; in fact, the re-enrolments had been very small in proportion to their usual number. It was not intended, however, to take any steps in reference to the matter until the trainings were over and the regular annual reports had been received.
