I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board, whether the public can legally demand admittance to the general and special meetings of urban District Councils?

The public cannot legally demand admittance to the meetings of an urban District Council; but the Council may allow the public to be admitted to their meetings if they think proper to do so.
