To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can state what approximately was the cost of construction, improvement, and enlargement of the Suez Canal up to the end of last year; the capital account, the number of shares, the original price or value of each share, the income in 1876, 1886, 1896, and 1906, and the dividends for the same years; and what is the present value of each share.
