To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, with reference to Cd. 3628, the Punishments in the Royal Navy during 1906, what were the offences and sentences in each case of the twelve men sentenced to penal servitude, the places of offence and trial, and the ship each man belonged to, and the offences and sentences of each individual in the seven cases who suffered corporal punishment with birch, the date on which each birching took place, where it occurred, and the name of each individual's ship.
