asked as to the lines demarcating British and Russian influence in Afghanistan.

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS
(Sir EDWARD ]]]]HS_COL-244]]]] GREY, Northumberland, Berwick)

The line determining the zone within which Russia has bound herself not to seek concessions starts from the point on the Afghan Frontier which is nearest to Gazik. A map showing the lines demarcating the regions of British and Russian influence as agreed upon in the Convention is in course of preparation, and will be placed at the disposal of the Members as soon as possible.
