I desire, Mr. Speaker, to ask your ruling as to whether the Tariff Reform Amendment to the Address which stands in my name is blocked by the Motion which has been subsequently put down by one of the hon. Members for Norwich (Sir Frederick Low).

This House has fixed Wednesday, 2nd April, for a discussion on tariffs on the Motion standing in the name of the hon. Member for Norwich, and it would anticipate that Motion if I were to call upon the hon. Member to move his Amendment to the Address. Therefore I am precluded from calling upon him.
