asked the Secretary for Scotland whether it is intended to make the Memorandum issued by the Scotch Education Department in 1907 as regards the cleansing and disinfecting of schools made applicable to secondary schools?

The Memorandum is not restricted to any type of school, and the principles embodied in it would apply equally to secondary and primary schools.
