asked whether the Estates Commissioners have purchased the Scully estate, situated at Donaskeigh and Ballinaclough, county Tipperary, for redistribution?

The reply is in the negative. The Estates Commissioners instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Donaskeigh and Ballinaclough on the estate of Thomas Scully, county Tipperary, under the provisions of the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, but the owner lodged objections under Section 2 of the Act, and the Commissioners decided to discontinue the proceedings.
