Mr. PIKE PEASE
asked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the speech of the Patronage Secretary at Shipley on 3rd May, in which he stated that in any Education Bill introduced by the Government the first consideration would be to remove the griev- ance under which Nonconformists suffered in the Act of 1902; and whether this refers to the Bill foreshadowed by the Lord Chancellor for the present Session?
The PRIME MINISTER
I must ask the hon. Member to wait for the proposals of the Government on this subject.
