12.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer by which branch of the Inland Revenue Department Mineral Rights Duty is levied; and what is the estimated annual cost of levying such duty?

The Land Values Branch of the Secretaries' Office, London, and the Offices of the Assistant Secretary and Comptroller in Edinburgh and in Dublin are concerned with the levying of Mineral Rights Duty.
