Resolved,
12. That in lieu of the duties of Excise payable on tobacco grown in Great Britain or Ire-land there shall on and after the twenty-third day of April nineteen hundred an eighteen, be charged the following duties (that is to sat):—

| Upon tobacco unmanufactured, viz: | 0 | 8 | 0½ | |
| Tobacco containing 10 lbs. or more of moisture in every 100 lbs. weight thereof | the pound | |||
| Tobacco containing less than 10 lbs. of moisture in every100 lbs. weight thereof | the pound | 0 | 8 | 10½ |
| Upon tobacco manufactured, viz:— | ||||
| Cavendish or Negrohead manufactured in bond | the pound | 0 | 10 | 4½ |
and so in proportion for any less quantity.
And it is declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913.
