asked the Treasurer of His Majesty's Household whether, in view of the fact that Irish affairs are now under the direction of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to whom questions can be addressed on four days each week, he is prepared to allocate the second place on Thursdays to Scotland to enable Scottish Members to address questions on Scottish affaire to Scottish Ministers?

I am consulting with Mr. Speaker, and I hope to come to an arrangement which will be satisfactory to Scottish Members.
