asked the President of the Board of Trade whether the Committee appointed in June last, under Part II of the Safeguarding of Industries Act, to consider the complaint in regard to dumping, of vulcanised fibre from America, has submitted its Report, and, if so, whether it proposes to publish the same forthwith; and whether it proposes to take any further action in the matter?

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The Report, which is unfavourable to the complainants, will be published and presented to Parliament at an early date.
