PRIVATE BILLS (Standing Orders not previously inquired into complied with).

Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the following Bill, referred on the Second Reading thereof, the Standing Orders not previously inquired into, which are applicable thereto, have been complied with, namely:

Potteries and North Staffordshire Tramways and Light Railways Bill.

Bill committed.

Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That in the case of the following Bill, introduced pursuant to the Provisions of the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, the Standing Orders which are applicable thereto, have been complied with, namely:

Caledonian Railway Bill (Substituted Bill).

Pier and Harbour Provisional Order (No. 1) Bill,

Read the Third time, and passed.

Maidstone Corporation Bill,

Reported, with Amendments, from the Local Legislation Committee; Report to lie upon the Table, and to be printed.
