Order for Second Reading read.
HON. MEMBERS
Object!
Mr. SPEAKER
A Bill can be debated before Four o'clock.
Mr. MACQUISTEN
I beg to move, "That the Bill be now read a Second time."
This Bill is generally agreed, for there is nothing more important than the way in which men spend their leisure, and that applies particularly to children.
Question put, and agreed to.
Bill read a Second time, and committed to a Standing Committee.
The remaining Order was read, and postponed.
Whereupon Mr. SPEAKER adjourned the House without Question put, pursuant to the Standing Order No. 3.
Adjourned accordingly at One Minute after Four o'Clock until Monday, 24th February.
