The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for SCOTLAND
(Mr. Johnston)
I beg to move,
If there is any desire to have this formal Resolution explained, I shall be glad to do so, but I understand that there is no objection to it in any part of the House. Therefore. I formally move it."That the Order made by the Secretary of State under the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1929, entitled the Local Government (District Council Electors) Order (Scotland), 1930, which was presented on the 22nd January, 1930, be approved."
Question put, and agreed to.
