It has been considered by the Ecclesiastical Committee of both Houses of Parliament, and the Committee consider that it does not affect the rights, constitutional or otherwise, of any of His Majesty's subjects and are of opinion that it should proceed."That, in accordance with the Church of England Assembly (Powers) Act, 1919, this House do direct that the Benefices (Sequestrations) Measure, 1933, be presented to His Majesty for Royal Assent."
Sir JOHN BIRCHALL
I beg to second the Motion.

"That, in accordance with the Church of England Assembly (Powers) Act, 1919, this House do direct that the Benefices (Sequestrations) Measure, 1933, be presented to His Majesty for Royal Assent."
