Member for West Leeds and signed by 308 Members of all parties, including Privy Councillors and former Ministers, thus constituting an absolute majority of the whole House, stating that they would welcome the placing of a second clock in the Chamber above the Speaker's Chair; and what action he now proposes in the matter?
