Can the Prime Minister state whether any change is proposed in the business for next week?

In deference to the representations made by the right hon. Gentleman the Leader of the Opposition, it is proposed to defer the Second Reading of the Cancer Bill, announced for Tuesday next, until the following week. The business for Tuesday will, therefore, be a Debate on the Government's proposals for National Voluntary Service.

Will that Debate take place on the Motion for the Adjournment?

That is a matter which I am still considering.
