asked the Minister of Health whether in the creation of the new training and holiday camps labour will be recruited from the Government training establishments and not from the ranks of those who are already employed?

The precise source of labour for the training camps is receiving attention, and I can assure my hon. Friend that, where practicable, consideration will be given to the claims of men in the Government training establishments.

Is my hon. Friend aware that the Prime Minister recently made an appeal to the young unemployed to come to these training centres and fill up the gaps, and that unless Departments of the Government assist in this matter, it is extremely difficult to get much progress?

May I ask for an assurance that no. Irish labour will be employed?
