Resolved,

"That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to make provision as respects certain personal injuries sustained during the period of the present emergency, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of all expenses incurred by the Minister of Pensions in giving effect to a scheme made under the said Act."(King's recommendation signified.) —[Sir J. Simon.]
