asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether the organisation of staffs of His Majesty's trade commissioners in the Dominions and trade representatives in the Colonies will be continued on their present basis; and if their special attention has been called to the new opportunities for the expansion of inter-Empire trade?

The answer to both parts of the question is "Yes." I may add that officers who had been due to take extended leave are arranging to return to their posts at the earliest possible moment.
