Standing Orders Not Previously Inquired Into Complied With

Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That in the case of the following Bills, originating in the Lords, and referred on the First Reading thereof, the Standing Orders not previously inquired into which are applicable thereto have been complied with, namely—

  • Princess Elizabeth of York Hospital for Children and Queen's Hospital for Children (Amalgamation, etc.) Bill [Lords].
  • Pembrokeshire County Council Bill [Lords].

Bills to be read a Second time.

Petition For Additional Provision (Standing Orders Not Complied With)

Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That in the case of the Petition for additional provision in the following Bill originating in the Lords, the Standing Orders have not been complied with, namely—

Coventry Corporation Bill [ Lords].

Report referred to the Select Committee on Standing Orders.

Lords Amendments considered.

One of the Amendments submitted from another place alters the date of the vesting of certain funds. The other Amendments are purely of a drafting nature.
