asked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware of the illicit traffic in unemployment insurance cards which is being carried on in Glasgow, by which anyone who wants to change his occupation or is out of work can buy himself an unemployment insurance card properly stamped; and what steps will he take to put a stop to this practice?

I am having inquiries made and will communicate with my hon. and gallant Friend. It would be helpful if my hon. and gallant Friend would let me have any further information which he has in his possession.
