asked the Minister of Health whether he has yet reopened the matter of war-time nurseries in Burnley; and if he is aware that the corporation tenders were not on estimated costs basis but were definite offers on actual costs basis and were less than the tenders of private firms?

I have asked my senior regional officer to discuss this matter with the town council and I have ascertained that he is in communication with them on it. On the second part of the Question I would call attention to the latter part of the reply that I gave to my hon. Friend on 25th March.
