I beg to move, in page 8, line 16, to leave out "superannuation allowances and gratuities to," and to insert:
The necessity for this Amendment arises from the fact that the Board will have the option, instead of paying superannuation allowances direct to its officers and servants, of adopting the Local Government Superannuation Act, and this alteration is necessary to provide for that case."of, and payments made for the purpose of providing superannuation allowances and gratuities for,"
