asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food the percentage of rye in standard flour; and whether he is satisfied that the manufacture of rye flour is properly understood in this country?

The average amount of rye used in National flour this season has so far been less than 1 per cent. The answer to the second part of the Question is "Yes, Sir."
