On a point of Order. Is it your intention, Mr. Williams, to call the Amendment in the name of the hon. Member for Penryn and Falmouth (Mr. Petherick)—in page 4, line 38, at end, to insert:
It deals with a different point from that on Clause 5."Provided that nothing in this Part of this Schedule shall impose upon a county council any obligation to pay to the Treasury any amount other than the pensionable officer's contribution to the superannuation fund established by the council under the Local Government Superannuation Act, 1937."
