I want to respond to the invitation made to me by the right hon. and gallant Gentleman the Member for Kelvingrove (Lieut.-Colonel Elliot). I could not do so before, because I would only have delayed the Minister and he would have lost his opportunity, but I think that, on the Motion for the Adjournment, I ought to make it clear—
I am sorry to interrupt the hon. Gentleman, but there is a very strict Rule against raising matters on the Adjournment, which have been mentioned in the previous Debate.
I am not going to do so.
