asked the Minister of Food whether there is any likelihood of an improvement in the supplies of soap for domestic purposes in the near future.

Recent changes in the method of rationing will enable me to improve the distribution of soap, but there is no likelihood that I shall be able to increase the amount of the ration in the near future.
