I beg to move, in page 96, line 27, after "scheme," to insert "or order,"

This and the following two Amendments are consequential.

Will the Minister be good enough to tell us on what these Amendments are consequential?

They also have reference to the two new Clauses dealing with canal carriers and port facilities and follow on the Amendments previously agreed to
