I beg to move, in page 13, line 30, to leave out from "undertaking," to the end of the Clause.

This is a drafting Amendment, and is linked with an Amendment which I propose to move later to Clause 120, page 113, line 30, and to the new Clause on the Order Paper which redefines, in answer to representations made to me in the Committee stage, the definition of a canal carrier.
