I beg to move, in page 109, line 4, after "scheme," to insert "or order."

This, and the two subsequent Amendments, are, I regret to report to the Committee, of the same species as those with which we have just been dealing. [HON. MEMBERS: "Why regret?"] I am sorry we have to follow this procedure; but at least the Committee will appreciate that it will save us going back once again over ground previously covered.
