asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any restriction or censorship is imposed by any foreign Governments on the publication of English news and information in their countries.

I know of no restrictions or censorship imposed by foreign Governments which discriminate specifically against English news and information, but many foreign Governments impose some form of restriction on the publication of news and information in general.
