asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that it is the practice to keep a first-class compartment locked and labelled "Not for Public Use" on the 4ยท35 train from Waterloo; and whether he will have this stopped and so allay the irritation of the ordinary citizens who are regular passengers on that train.

I am making inquiries and, with my hon. Friend's permission, will circulate the result in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
