Amendment made:

In page 96, line 43, at end, insert:

"Provided that, before determining under this section any question whether any land is land to which section eighty of this Act applies, the Secretary of State may, and shall if the Court of Session so requires, state a case for the opinion of the Court of Session on the question whether an interest in that land is held for ecclesiastical or charitable purposes"—[The Lord Advocate.]
