Three British subjects were detained; one, a British officer of the Military Mission, who was in plain clothes, for being without an identity card; he was released shortly after. The second, an employee of the Military Mission, was released after a few hours. The third, a Cypriot student, is, I understand, still detained. Three Greeks employed by British Missions were detained; one for being without an identity card. He was released shortly after. The other two, a driver and an unskilled labourer, are, according to my latest information, still detained.

Can my hon. Friend say what representations are being made about the one British subject who is still detained?

Are not these ridiculous examples of the way in which arrests have been conducted by these Royalist Fascists?
