Volume 472: debated on Wednesday 15 March 1950

Mr. Speaker, would like your help because, in the HANSARD of yesterday, I appear as having voted in both Lobbies. Although I have as good a chance as most hon. Members of overflowing in this way, in fact I only voted in the "No" Lobby and I should like your permission for this to be altered accordingly, for the sake of accuracy.

I can assure the hon. Member that his protest will be noted. If it reassures him at all, his name appears correctly in Votes and Proceedings. HANSARD, of course, is not an official publication; it is unofficial, and, therefore, does not record officially the vote of the hon. Member.
