asked the Minister of Health if he has authorised the method of heating houses built by local authorities or private enterprise by electricity with cables inserted under the floor; how long this method of heating has been in operation; and whether it is satisfactory.

The answer to the first part of the Question is "No" so far as the local authorities are concerned. I have no information about the use of this method in privately built houses.
