Supplies And Services (Defence Purposes) Bill

"to extend, for defence purposes and purposes relating to world peace and security, the Supplies and Services (Transitional Powers) Act, 1945, and Defence Regulations and other instruments having effect by virtue of that Act; and to make provision for the stopping up or diversion of highways for such purposes and for matters incidental thereto," presented by Mr. Herbert Morrison; supported by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Ede, Mr. Arthur Henderson, Mr. Barnes and the Attorney-General; read the First time; to be read a Second time upon Monday next, and to be printed.
