asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what financial arrangements he has made to permit the importation into this country of a complete German circus, with a view to its establishment here on a permanent basis; what amount of foreign exchange is involved; and what facilities are to be given for the remittance of profits or earnings to Germany.

With regard to the first part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to the hon. Member for Heywood and Royton (Mr. Sutcliffe) on 6th February. On the second part of the Question, I would refer him to the answer given by the President of the Board of Trade to the hon. Member for Southend, East (Mr. McAdden) on the same date. The third part of the Question does not now arise.
