asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that as utility trousers for schoolboys do not exceed 33 inches in length they do not fit boys with longer legs; and whether he will make larger sizes available.

Utility trousers are available in all lengths, from those suitable for boys of about 11 years of age up to large men's sizes.
