Reserve And Auxiliary Forces (Training) Bill

"to make temporary provision for the calling up of certain members of His Majesty's military and air forces for the purposes of training, and in connection therewith to provide for the punishment of incitement to dereliction of duty; to extend the provisions of Part II of the National Service Act, 1948; to make provision as to the liabilities of persons released from service for the purpose of again joining any of the armed forces of the Crown; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid," presented by Mr. Shinwell; supported by Mr. Bevan, Mr. Strachey, Mr. Henderson, the Attorney-General and Mr. Callaghan; read the First time; to be read a Second time Tomorrow, and to be printed.
