Mr. Hutchinson
asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation whether it is the intention of His Majesty's Government that the compensation payable to owner-occupiers of dwelling houses which are to be requisitioned for the proposed extension of London Airport will be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Section 52 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947.

Compensation will be assessed in accordance with the statutes in force at the time.
