"to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of contributions for relief of occupiers of agricultural land in respect of expenditure on fertilizers"; presented by Sir Thomas Dugdale; supported by Mr. James Stuart, Major Lloyd George and Mr. Nugent; read the First time; to be read a Second time Tomorrow, and to be printed. [Bill 46.]

I regret to have to draw the attention of the House to a mistake in the printing of the Order Paper today. The name of the hon. Member for Greenwich (Mr. Reeves) appears among the Notices of Presentations of Bills, whereas his name should appear in the Notices of Motions and Orders of the Day. The matter was all right yesterday, when it appeared on the Order Paper in the proper way, and I am making inquiries about how the mistake has occurred. In the meantime, the hon. Member for Greenwich will be in order in moving his Motion for leave to bring in a Bill.
