asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the charge to be made for hearing aids will apply to hearing aids required by children of school age.

Is the Minister aware that that reply will be very welcome, because these hearing aids for children make possible the provision of education, and a great deal of work is being done at present on the basis that children are supplied with hearing aids?
