Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to empower the National Film Finance Corporation to borrow otherwise than from the Board of Trade, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums which, under paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Cinematograph Film Producton (Special Loans) Act, 1949, are payable out of moneys so provided.—[Mr. P.
