Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to encourage town development in county districts for the relief of congestion or over-population elsewhere, it is expedient to authorise payment out of moneys provided by Parliament—(a) of contributions towards expenses incurred by local authorities in relation to de-development in county districts undertaken primarily for the purpose of providing accommodation to relieve congestion or over-population elsewhere and carried out after the thirty-first day of July, nineteen hundred and fifty-one; (b) of any increase attributable to the provisions of the said Act in moneys so payable under any other Act.
